Founders Wilson and Suzanne McOrist began developing the Computer Troubleshooters concept in Australia in 1996, after seeing a growing frustration amongst business owners looking for affordable, quality computer support services.
In 1992, Chip Reaves started a company called CHIPTECH computer services in Atlanta, Georgia, which grew into one of the largest ‘small business’ computer services businesses in the state. In 1999, Chip entered into a partnership with the McOrists by opening Computer Troubleshooters, USA. Between 1999 and 2006, Chip Reaves and the McOrists grew Computer Troubleshooters to a thriving franchise
In 2008, Computer Troubleshooters Nigeria began business in Lekki, Lagos. Providing a wide range of IT related services.
